We accept all major insurance plans except Cigna, MVP, and Humana.

Appointments are required only for custom shoes and custom braces.
All other items, including custom orthotics/inserts and standard products, do not require an appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome!

To start your order and get insurance approval, a current prescription from your healthcare provider is required. Depending on the product, additional documentation may also be necessary, including:

    • Progress notes, face-to-face documentation, or relevant medical records that support your medical need.
    • For larger or specialized items, such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, or power wheelchairs, a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) may also be required.

Our team will guide you through the process and ensure all required documentation is submitted correctly to avoid delays.
